Roca Ball finger flex ans spin exercise helps build forearm and finger strength. Hold a large 2 pound ball, or small one pound ball if you have small hands. With the palm facing up, flick your fingers towards your palm to cause the ball to spin up.

This exercise is good for rock climbers, gymnasts and other people who grip with their hands often.
