Roca Ball Two Ball Wrist Flex Exercises Back to Exercises

Roca Ball wrist flex exercises build forearm and hand strength. Hold two balls and with palm facing up flex the hand up and down at the wrist. Use two one pound balls, or if you have big hands, use two pound balls. This exercise can be done standing or while sitting. You can support your forearm by placing your elbow against your body, or rest your forearm on a chair arm rest, or by placing your forearm on your thigh when sitting.

This exercise is also good for helping treat injuries like tennis, climbers, or golfer's elbow. Ten repetitions per each directional movement is a suggested amount, but do more or less depending on your strength. If you have an injury, or history of an injury, always consult with a doctor before doing exercises with weights.
